Weird and creepy idea with a less than mediocre execution. – Plext: License Plate Messaging Review

No offense to the team behind this app but this certainly the creepiest and dumbest social media app thus far. The UI design is mediocre, the app frequently crashes as well. Using a license plate as a unique identifier for social media purposes is just flat out bizarre and the potential bad situations that could arise from doing so are aplenty. Pass on this app.
