Dottable – Pixel art editor - Dottable - Review

I was a little suspicious about how helpful this app would be at first. But I was amazed when using it. Use of layers, lots of drawing tools, the ability to export, and even turn your pictures into pixel art! The only complaint is adds, but I have no right there. I got the free version.
