Excellent but no audio on shared videos – Citrix Files Review

Excellent app to share large files among multiple users and platforms. However, once I downloaded a video onto my iPad,I could only get audio through headphones and not the speaker. On other apps, speaker works fine, so it's not a hardware issue. Anybody else experience this?
