Outdated – MobiLinc HD Review

This app lacks many things and has many bugs: There are several things that should be improved asap in your Mobilinc HD app (iOS and iPad): Mobilinc Connect: Huge Latency ! It takes too long to detect status. It’s way faster using port forwarding!!! Better documentation on how to access. Simplify switching from IP to Mobilinc Connect. Notifications: Painful to activate. We need to be able to activate Notifications from the Web, instead of using the app. It is annoying when you have to do so many clicks to get to the Notification menu, having many devices. When the app has a Notification activated on a device, when using the same app NO notification in that phone should be triggered!!. It’s ridiculous. By default, the message should be Pre-Populated. Now it’s saying “Enter your custom message notification message here”. Ridiculous. I have more than 150 devices connected to ISY. So you don’t have a clue on what device the alert is about. This is a bug. Despite I have selected “Banners” style of notifications, keeps appearing a “Alert” type. A message box that forces my to select, ok or Cancel. This is a bug! Notifications should be activated when connected directly to the network (IP addresses and specific ports) Even when I disabled Notification on iPhone, they keep coming! New Icons: The set of icons you guys have for the app are ugly and outdated. They look really old. We need the ability to upload our own icons. But on top of that, we are missing many: - Window icon for open/close sensors - Stairs - BackYard or Garden Icons - Different icons for elements of the house - Icons identifying rooms - Integrated Fans icon - Driveway icons - Entry door icons. - Electric Car icon - Hallway icon - Bathtub - Bathroom - Shower - WC - Kitchen - Master Bedroom - Bedroom - Kids… - Playroom - Pergola icon - Family room - Living Room - Sofa - Dining room icon - Bed - Pool - Spa - … Rooms: I cannot understand how come the app doesn’t support Rooms to organize devices. This is a must. Similar concept of a Folder. Specially when ISY supports this feature! Please!!! iBeacons / Near Me feature: I have different brands and types of iBeacons, and the “speed” of refresh is too slow. It takes to long to refresh where is the iBecon. This feature needs a revisit too. Config Bug: When switching from Mobilinc Connect to IP (because Mobilinc doesn’t work fast enough after paying 200 dollars!) it looses the previously configured ip addresses. Unacceptable. They should be there. There is no security reason justifying that. Same when I switch back to Mobilinc. Why do i have to reenter the whole thing again? Maybe the password (if anything), but please think about this again. It is a pain in the neck. In summary, this app needs a deep overhaul. Please please please. Thanks
