Pls FIXED!! – Talk2: Connect to your loved ones in the Philippines even when they're offline Review

Purchased the 40min call and could not use it. Everytime I try to make a call, it says "Connection Timed Out". Another thing, with the SMS, though the recipient receive my texts but I don't get their replies. The SMS used to work fine but now, it ain't anymore.
