Not getting what I paid for – TextCutie Pro - Texting with Instagram&Photo Caption&Add Font,Sticker,Emoji on Background Pic Review

I purchased the TextCutie Pro and it will not restore the themes, fonts, etc. It seems there are a lot of us having this issue. I tried to submit feedback and it didn't work. Please contact me to get this taken care of or reimburse me my money. Thanks.
