Poor quality & service – InviteShop Invitations & Cards Review

I used this for my daughters graduation announcements and am so disappointed. In the app everything looks crystal clear and perfect. When they arrived the photos were grainy and the black & white photo was almost entirely all black. Usually when printing photos anywhere using a digital program there is some sort of notification if your photos will not looks as expected. This program gave me none of that. No warning that they wouldn't print exactly like it showed in the proof- which looked crystal clear. To make matters worse, when I emailed customer service about my situation they took no responsibility, stating " We don't call customers just because their photos aren't as good as they could be, otherwise, we'd be on the phone with 99% of our customers. " Then they told me that if I would have purchased the review by a professional option I wouldn't have this issue. My photos were TAKEN BY A PROFESSIONAL, I didn't think I would need another professional for this too. I would not recommend this to a friend and I will never use it again.
