Very disappointed in the service – OrderAhead Review

I just used order ahead for the first time and our party was excited for a great evening in with friends and food. Unfortunately order ahead disappointed and negatively impact a great meal from Roberto's Cantina. We ordered two orders of fajitas and they forgot the tortillas. I called to have you go back and get them for us and your support person said 10 minutes and a half hour later we had not received them and I had to provide my guest with leftover tortillas from my fridge. I called your support again and she apologized. Finally after I asked her if they were going to do something about the issue I had with the company she finally says that she can refund me the $6 delivery fee since I didn't pay for the tortillas. I beg the differ since the fajita meal is not complete without tortillas, which I did pay $32 for the two meals. Fajitas are just steak on the plate without tortillas. She finally offered me a coupon to use later with order ahead which I refused because why would I want to be stuck with using the service again in order to resolve my issue over spoiling my dinner party. This is the worst customer resolution and support that I have seen in a long time. John
