Love Simple – Simple - Mobile Banking Review

My experience with Simple has been superb. Yes, they took on a HUGE task of switching processors (once in a lifetime thing) and it wasn't exactly smooth. There are still lingering problems, but they've been very upfront, responsive, and have kept everyone well informed. Even credited accounts $50 for the trouble. I still recommend Simple very highly. Every day they're smoothing out bugs and things should be back to normal soon. UPDATE: All those problems mentioned earlier were solved, and my experience with Simple continues to be smooth and carefree. I absolutely love having them as my bank, and I can't imagine ever using anything else. It will definitely be a bonus when they add on Apple Pay, which they say should be very soon! UPDATE 7/2/15: It's been months since the issues listed above, and I continue to be in love with this company, its people, and its mission. This has been my primary bank for nearly two years, and it will continue to be for many years to come. Switch! You won't regret it. UPDATE: 4/18/16: I'm still with Simple and using it as my primary bank, and have been for years now. I still love it and have no complaints! I won't ever bank with anything else.
