Love it - but major bug &no response – Pinball HD (iPhone) Classic Arcade,Zen,Space Games Review

I've played this for years now, but in the last six months a problem had come up with the Deep table. The ball disappears and everything lights up and it goes into an endless loop. The only way to resolve it that I've found is to delete the app and reinstall it, which erases all your shoes and and saved extras you've accumulated. I've contacted Gameprom three times with zero response. Very disappointing. Update- two more unanswered emails. Is anybody there?
