Needs polish – Steam City Review

It's a challenging game with rules that can turn the score balance over with its "industrial lead" trick. That said, there's a game-ruining bug which scores your buildings differently than the computer's in single player. Basically: putting a roof on a building nets you 1 point, no matter how tall the building. But the computer will net 1 point per unit-high the building is. So if I have a 5-tall building: a roof grants 1 point. The computer would net 5 in the same circumstance. There was also a time when the end game screen claimed the computer controlled two cannons when it only had one. If these issues are solved, and perhaps more terrain implemented, it would be 5 stars
