Payed for full version, didn't get anything – Morse code for study Review

I tried to free version and I enjoyed the idea, bought the pro version but it didn't allow me to get all the characters. I thought it didn't register so I tried pressing the restore purchases button but it didn't seem to help. I then deleted the app and reinstalled.. Was still the free version, clicked the restore purchases again and nothing. Contacted the seller and they said to send me the purchase ID.. I did and that was the last time they talked to me.
