My Textbook that I highlighted extensively now keeps crashing when I try to open it – neu.Annotate+ PDF Review

I sent them a crash report, and still no response. I need my freakin textbook back!!! :( I hate that this stupid app is the only one on the market. If there were more, maybe we'd have better quality annotators.
