Excellent Modern Bank – Simple - Mobile Banking Review

I've been a Simple customer for over a year now, and I love this bank! Every time I've had a question I just sent customer service a message through the app and usually within 24 hours I get a very polite, down to earth response. The one time I needed to make a phone call I had a similar experience - just "normal" people and none of the weird mess you sometimes get calling support for other companies. The debit card looks really slick and nice. I've received several compliments from cashiers. The app also works great and I enjoy the goals features. While I sometimes wish you earned more interest I understand that's the trade off for having NO bank fees and I think it's worth it after having been slapped with a few stupid fees at my other bank. I hope Simple continues to grow, and as they add more features and banking products (like checking accounts) I'll be even closer to making them my ONLY bank.
