Very Disappointing, I'm done. – Localphone: Local Numbers - cheap international calls Review

Been a customer since late 2012 and I gave up during 2014 but decided to try their services again. Ever since 2013 the app went downhill. The audio during calls are delayed by 4-5 seconds. Voice echoes very often during calls. Calls go mute or get dropped too. I have excellent networking hardware, ISP and Cellular network. I am just disappointed at how they price the rates to attract customers but fail to deliver the service. You really do get what you pay for. I will stick to Skype. Will pay more but at least I will get what I pay for. Shame on you guys for these issues that occur repeatedly. This used to be a decent calling service in 2012. Years have passed and the UI still falls behind.
