beautiful idea... executed poorly – Vango Art - Buy original art from emerging artists Review

from a purchasers point of view, the app is very fluid and easy to use. from the artists POV, it's beyond broken. the user interface drags you around and around in a never ending loop of frustration right from step one of the application process. I'm signed in yet it says my profile doesn't exist, I try and edit my bio and submissions but there are no links to any of this, and no information at all other than to delete my account. I was unable to contact anyone from customer service via email or social media. this is a very promising idea, unfortunately, from the artist side of things, it's not worth the hassle. with so many similar apps and online companies available, most with much easier processes and intuitive UI for the ARTISTS, I suggest looking elsewhere at this time.
