What went wrong? – Ease into 5K: run walk interval training program Review

I used this app a couple of years ago to train for my first 5k, and it worked great. This morning I tried it for the first time since then (recovering from injury) and it keeps freezing up on my iPhone 6S Plus. Disappointing!!
