Can't get to work – pocket BLU Review

I can't get the stupid thing to find my bluray player, and yes I have the disc in like it says and it's on the movie menu but my device still says searching or please put in the pocket blu disc. Worthless. So now I guess the only way to get digital copy is put it in my computer and download it then transfer it, pain in the butt. Don't know why they didn't just use ultraviolet.
