Is this a scam or a joke? – Incognito: Professional Video Recorder Review

Are you serious with this app? Nice when you download an app your about to buy and you get cursed at randomly by the "group" mms while your trying to figure it out how to use it. What is this? Thankfully I didnt pay and would love an explanation.
