Restore purchases not working – 12 Week Trainer with James Alexander-Ellis, Adam Parr, & Mark Smith by BodyPower Review

I purchased this app when it had the Kris Gethin 12 week trainer and now that I have a new phone I lost all my purchases. The restore purchases dose not work and they don't have a support contact to help correct the issue.
