It's ok – Pic Flare FREE - Lens flares for Instagram Review

It's an ok app, but you need to allow you to use more Flares than one at once and to color the flares. Also, please get ride of the adds the pop up every five seconds. If you do that I'll change the rate to a higher one. ;)
