Literally just a useless start screen from what I can tell – Pic Grunger Free Review

I tried to install and use this app on my iPad Air as well as my iPhone 6S, and I got the start screen but the resolution and start buttons didn't work. I don't know if this is a compatibility issue or just a spam thing; I don't like it either way.
