App constantly freezes – States and Capitals Challenge Lite – Flash Cards Speed Quiz for the United States of America Review

So frustrating to have my 5th grader try and play this and it constantly freezes. I understand the penalty but there is no countdown when you are wrong so you end up exiting out of the app to restart. It also freezes when you get it right (more frustrating) and the exit key doesn't work. Waste of money!
