Would Love to Play – City Island - Building Tycoon - Citybuilding Sim Review

I have always dreampt of being able to play a city building/management game. This one is not totally inaccessible but still needs work to be useable for those using voice over. With that said, please make it work for us because from what I was able to get out of it,, it is an awesome game!
