Need more land

I am maxed out on land...when will you make the island bigger or create more islands to branch out to? I love this game but cannot do anything more because There is no more land for me to buy.

Forced Ads Ruin Gameplay

I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else because all I see are good reviews but ads pop up every few minutes. It comes up randomly while I’m trying to lay down roads or buy buildings and it’ll force me to sit through 30sec ads and then auto send me to the App Store. I can’t figure out a way to turn it off but it’s a nuisance. And before people rip me for complaining about the ads, I’m not about to spend real money on a game I’m just trying out to see if I like. The game itself isn’t bad but what a turn off. If the rest of the City Sim are like this, I probably won’t keep this on my phone for very long.
BEWARE OF PROGRAM UPDATES

Beware of program updates. I use an older ipod touch which is updated to IOS 5.1.1 (the newest IOS available from Apple for this touch). City island ran fine until city island sent an update which will not run under any IOS less than IOS 6. If city island is capable of checking IOS after the update, how about checking before, rather than rendering their program unusable... How about learning to count. Every single time the program offers a batch of gold bars as a reward, the program knowingly offers one less. For example, if you have 50 bars and the offer is 6, you will end up with 55 rather than the 56 promised. Looks like cheating by the software authors. This has gone on for over a year so it is deliberate, not an accident.
Relaxing but Unrewarding

Simple easy game. It’s relaxing but in the end it’s really not very rewarding. It takes a lot of time to earn a gold bar or 2 and about half of the items available In the game for the town/city can only be got with gold. The game does not allow you to use the dollars you have earned to trade for gold so unless you’re willing to shell out quite a few bucks in the App Store for gold, you’ll be playing the game a lot of hours.

I’ve been playing the game for a couple of weeks and like it. Relaxing super easy to play an easy game to zone out with. From time to time you get Pop up boxes one of them was an offer to purchase 75 gold for $7.99 and you would get 38 gold for free. Well I got the 75 Gold I did not get the 38 free. I’ve tried to contact them but the email that they have on their website does not work. I have no way to get in touch with them to let them know so they can rectify this issue.

Not that bad, not that good, not that great. BUT IT IS DEFIANTLY NOT HORRIBLE. I can not see any room for improvement, as that is the V2 game. I can spend hours playing this game, one day I spent four so it DEFIANTLY is a time spender. This is not one of my best game but this game has caught my attention & time. Kudos for that ???. It is app riposte for my IOS & Gen

The game is good; but could use a few improvements. Stop with the free gold pop ups. The amount of effort to get one piece of free gold is not worth it(That's if you even get it.) You should offer 200% gold or cash more often. All in all a decent game!
