Love this app! – 555 Fitness WOD Review

I love this app. It was brought to my attention by my LT at the firehouse one day. I have been following it as best I can. Today (3/25/16) I will be doing the ironman barta workout in honor of Taylor Barta ( a union brothers son.) I also want to thank 555 fitness for coming up with that. Thanks. Pampers #938 Local 3170
