The app does not always have the strength WOD, have to get them off Facebook. Would like to see a way of keeping track of lifts to see improvements. Love the app, needs some improvements

Like the title says love it but I’d there to be a difficulty setting so you can start out as a probie/rookie and work your way up adding weight or intensity. Love doing the workouts and really easy to do.

This has been the only app I’ve been able to stick with. Great workouts that really challenge you daily. I love the functional fitness aspects of it. Thanks to those have produced it.

I have used the app for three years and it is my #1 go-to. If you want to be fit for the job and want workouts that prepare you for “the big one” - this is it. Don’t keep waiting for the next fire to knock you down again or play the whole “I only lift weights” (yes, that use to be me). I like this app but for the past 2 days I haven’t seen any workouts posted. I’d like to see at least one everyday or a handful a week posted with maybe at least one challenge offered at a time.

Really easy to use and daily workouts that can be completed anywhere as long as you have the motivation. I would like to see maybe two to three different levels of daily workouts like a easy/hard or probie/salty dog level. Not that I cant add to it on my own but some may not think of additional workouts as easily. Really enjoy it though!
Need someone to fix this app
Two workout choices each day. One with body weight only, perfect for a little at home work and the other with weights gives the best of both worlds! Demo vids are a nice reminder and perfect if someone isn't sure of the movements. The leaderboard is awesome and the fact it keeps your workout history is vital. Thanks for making a great app, I'm it will only get better from here!
