Don't know who's fault it is – NOON VR – 360 video player Review

....but content on this app is terrible. I'm talking about the 360* content. Badly compressed video that looks fuzzy and awful. This app doesn't stream HD content. Videos could look 3 times better than this. They make the experience hurt the eyes badly.
