Creators, Please help! – Letter Box - Word Games for Brain Training Review

I can't find how to contact you. I used App Support but could'nt find a way to reach you. I keep getting a msg saying I can get all the packs for 99 cents. But I do it and it says no in app purchases allowed. Followed directions but can't get a fix.
