Can't even open the app – CosmoLands | Premium Edition Review

This is clearly a fraud of a app. You cannot get past the title screen. That's a major bug and I found that 3 weeks ago. Complained a million times, and still it's not fixed. iPad Mini 2 128gb wifi.
