This is Terrible!!! Beta release at best – The Ritz-Carlton Hotels Review

The app could not even select a date for a reservation. Very buggy and useless... Guess I will have to go look at the four seasons.. Even the Hilton app is functional.. Berry disappointed for the Ritz brand!!!
