App is ok... – Photo Collage - Pic Editor & Nice Frames Creator Review

The app does what I want it to--collage pics in such a way that the best parts can be seen. However, the check in function is terrible. I cannot get it it locate me at all, and it seems to have no function to remedy that, nor a setting outside the app to track me or the weather in my area. Huge letdown as the app in general has some great and helpful aspects.
