Drop text/messages – Talk2: Connect to your loved ones in the Philippines even when they're offline Review

It's not working!!! You gave 100 free text, I already wasted most of it sending messages that are not being received. What's going on?? It will be nice if you give a heads up if the app is down or having problems.
