Got me motivated – 30 Day Squat Challenge for Strong Legs and Butt Review

Since its like a calender it helped me visually see where i was and check off what i had done, first days were hard but ive never worked out before,mslowly i got used to it and the rest of the month was easier. People say they see my theighs more toned and my butt actually rounder. One thing i mainly noticed was that my theighs were harder and thicker in a good way, i finished this challenge and i plan on trying the rest of there challenges :)
