Please help me dawg – Alive - Create & Share Animated Collages for Live Photos and Videos Review

I purchased this app for 2 dollars for the pro version but nothing has change. I'm still stuck on the original version. I also write report for them to help me out but no one help me ... No one, it pisses off so freaking much. If you are out there please help me ??????
