Terrible Update – Adobe Acrobat Sign Review

This app was mediocre at best before, but at least it got the job done. Now I can't send a single contract because it keeps saying something about "per recipient authentication is disabled". What does that mean? How do I fix it? The app is now useless. No tech support.
