Bad update, zero tech support – Oggl Review

I love Oggl/Hipstamatic but their support leaves a lot to be desired. As with other users I have a paid membership and am unable to download film & lenses. I've contacted tech support and never got a reply. I wish I would've seen these bad reviews before I just renewed my membership. Sadly they've lost me as a paid member and I won't be buying new film or lens combos for Hipstamatic either.
