Needs improvement – Microsoft HealthVault Review

I'm kit sure what this app is for...my health vitals? But, what does it do once I import the data? Seems to complex. Would be nice if the information is automatically imported from an actual lab test or results. Missing secure/touch finger Id or password lock.
