Terrible Disappointment, same with Customer "service" – Chuck E. Cheese's Party Galaxy Review

Downloaded it, daughter played games and earned tickets. Tried to redeem by validating my email and had to complete a math problem. No matter how many times I entered the correct answer, it said the answer was incorrect. Tried to contact Chuck e Cheese customer service and they continue to blow me off. Sad.
