I I play with my daughter to help her win tickets and I've went over 1000 tickets twice and when I went back on the game the same day it took all the tickets over 1000. The first time I had 1008 tickets and then it went to 1000 when I went back on later that day. And today 2/11/16 I had 1199 tickets and it went away and went down to 1000 tickets. Why do I keep losing these tickets? We love the game but do not like the fact we're loosing these tickets.

Same problem as others, after pizza level it crashes and won't go forward. I have up to date iPad software so it's defiantly on your end.

Downloaded the game, my daughter earned her tickets, then it came time to complete an addition math problem to verify my e-mail...no matter what problem they came up with I'd answer correctly, but it would say incorrect. Nice scam. Even better, I contacted the company and they are putting me off as much as possible.

Downloaded it, daughter played games and earned tickets. Tried to redeem by validating my email and had to complete a math problem. No matter how many times I entered the correct answer, it said the answer was incorrect. Tried to contact Chuck e Cheese customer service and they continue to blow me off. Sad.
