My cards won't load!!!! – CamCard - Business card scanner & Business card reader & scan card Review

This is insane, I paid for the bundle because I thought this would be better than the other app I had, which was free! It could be better, just make me access my business cards, because it says "it's loading", and it's been like that for the past 2 hours when I have downloaded your app! My iphone as all the latest updates and version, so fix this or else I'm scammed.
