Just Stopped Working – Flint - Accept Cards, No Dongles. Invoicing. Review

I was using Flint for my Girl Scout troop during cookie sales. One day not only did it just stop working but a transaction that went through was never sent to my account. The phone number never connects you to a live person and when I emailed through a help ticket I was told everything was fine when clearly it wasn't, all my transactions were being declined. Then it was suggested that I get the credit card numbers of the cards that declined, which when selling girl scout cookies to strangers is impossible. I still have no resolution and am out of money because I have to cover the cost of the missing money. I am VERY Disappointed
