This needs to be updated – Icon maker Review

So now it's 2016 and I found this app thinking it might be cool and I saw that the last time this got updated was 2013 I ignored that and everything was outdated and all the frames they had were squares I don't know what happened when they stopped updating but I think this app has a lot of potential but they need to update it.
