-NO SUPPORT- – Flint - Accept Cards, No Dongles. Invoicing. Review

Things started off fine but the more I used it the more problems I became aware of like 1) if the card has a lot of color and design or paint that's been rubbed off the numbers it won't scan and you have to manually enter it. 2) not friendly when trying to locate the service or item, just scrolling and scrolling. I wish I could put my product into subcategories so they are easier to find. I'll also add that there is NOBODY to speak to when you need them and just last Friday I received an email saying the system is down on a FRIDAY...not good. I emailed them back and got an automated response of "Flint is transitioning to a new platform. During this period, you will not be able use Flint to process credit or debit card transactions. However, you will have continued access to your past transaction data and other Flint features.(which let me add is nothing) We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and we will keep you updated about card processing availability for your account. Sincerely, Flint Customer Success" Furious as I have to research other Mobil processing apps bc there is no one behind this product. STEAR CLEAR
