Slow loading & now a offer banner pops up? – N-Photo Review

I purchased the NPhoto subscription through iTunes & it's been working fine. Now, when opening the app, a offer banner displays and I cannot cancel it and/or select the button bar that points to the offer details. This needs fixing!
