Is there a way around this? – Monster Girl's Crazy Makeover Tour - Unique Makeup and Dressup Game Review

My daughter loves the game but every few minutes there is a pop up for another game that cannot be x'ed out. So I have to uninstall and reinstall repeatedly. We bought the unlock package. What am I doing wrong?
