Beware – ProShow Web Slideshow Creator Review

I've used pro show web for three years on my desktop. Customer service instructed me to transfer photos from my phone and iPad via dropbox and other means. Each time it wiped out or rearranged all the work I had done! I wasted over 10 hours putting everything back together and then it did it again. Customer service doesn't acknowledge that this app really needs a serious overhaul. Software is not current with some of the standards out there now. Old technology and seriously ineffective app and software. Yes.. I am very frustrated. And customer service excuses make it even worse.
