App won’t work & it charged me double. Trying to get a refund but App/Apple isn’t allowing me. Just tried upgrade 20 mins ago. Keeps saying am error with my video and deleting all pics. Want a REFUND!

I loved this app when it worked as it worked great and I made some beautiful shows with it. I recently purchased a monthly subscription for one month, built a show, and for the last two days the app will not launch when I sign in. You can’t even create a new account. Tried to reach the developer, Photodex, and the phone number is disconnected and e-mails don’t go anywhere. Oh well, it was great while it lasted.
Offer’s In App Section Does Not Show $ Costs?

Risky business when Photodex declines to publish the additional cost’s associated for full use this app. What is the paid version costs? Is this a subscription? Why is Photodex not in compliance to reveal upfront costs in this required field for advertising this app? How long has been going on? Apple, is Photodex your exception child or is this a new trend against your own store policies? I had intentions to try this app and possibly Photodex other software and services. Will now just delete the app without launching and ignore the app just as Photodex and Apple ignored posting their required costs list.

I am a yearly paid user and find since I updated my iPhone software to 11, your program no longer works! Now I can’t create shows or see all my old shows!! What am I suppose to do????
