You cannot reach customer svc – LightInTheBox Review

I should have guessed this merchandise is in China, 3–5 days shipping is a joke because first they have to make it and then send it from China before the 3–5 days apparently starts. When you order, you do not receive any notification, no copy of your order, so screen print the page! Back up, just don't order, mine was four weeks ago, I cannot reach anybody because there is no phone, no email, no way to reach customer service. I downloaded the app because apparently my order should show up there, which should give me the ability to track my order, and also to reach customer service. However, my order doesn't show up, so I'm SOL. I'm going to try to reverse the order through my bank today, this has to be some of the crappiest Chinese shopping ever. It is meant to be difficult to contact them. For all I know they're showing crap from all over the internet they don't even have access to ship. Worst shopping experience ever, because they don't even pretend to have customer service. Check out their return policy as well, (if you don't like it? No return) and stick with Amazon or something in the US.
