Lopsided battle – Naval Warfare Multi-shot Review

I actually like the game BUT... It reduces the number of shots dramatically if you are losing. You may get 25 shots and the winner 40! Makes no sense! Why not just even up the number of shots each player gets?? It's called a FAIR game! Duh!
